Nancy Gimblett

Current President

A long time active member involved in all aspects of the company, Nancy has appeared in over 28 shows as well as the soon the be released film 'Envelop'.  Working as the Children's Drama Co-ordinator she has taught drama to over 80 young thespians over the years.

Selected stage credits include: "Steel Magnolias", "I Ought to be in Pictures", "Sylvia", "Waiting for the Parade", "Blythe Spirit", "Bathroom Humor" and most recently "How the Other Half Loves".

In her spare time she enjoys playing her vintage 60's El Degas guitar, singing and hanging out with friends. Gracious thanks go to her family, Anne, close friends and every audience member.

Nancy does so many things and fills so many roles for our little theatre: from chairing board meetings, to fearlessly wielding a toliet brush... and everything else in between!

A while back, she had this to say as Co-producer AND Co director of 'Suitehearts':

Hats off to the dedicated cast and crew who work so many hours...to our generous sponsors for their support in our artistic endeavours... to the Optimist Club for giving us such an amazing space for all of these years... to the "silent cast", those individuals who don't want to be on stage, are a dedicated group who fund raise, run our concession, dust off the chairs, all with a smile!

And to our audience who supports our productions and keep coming back - we graciously thank you!
